We're updating our telephone system on Tuesday 5 August.
This is scheduled to take place at some point between 10am and 4pm on the day and is expected to take around half-an-hour to complete.
While the update's happening, you won't be able to call us.
If you try to call, and can't get through, please try again later or, if your call isn't urgent and can wait until the next day, please try again then.
If you do need to contact us urgently during this time, you can send an email to repairs@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or you can send us a private message on Facebook.
There's also lots of information that's available on this website, without the need to call.
We'll use our Facebook page to let you know about any changes to the schedule.
We hope this will cause minimal disruption and thank you for your patience while this takes place.
